Mathew Crawford

I am currently working part-time towards my Part I accreditation at Birmingham City University which helps me to have a greater freedom of thinking both in work and in my studies. Balancing work experience with expression at university is a situation I don’t take for granted.

During my relatively short time training as an architect I have begun to understand architecture as a fully inclusive, bottom-up process whereby the architect mediates between people and place. I believe architects should interpret ideas rather than impose ideals.
